The Federal Housing Administration's (FHA) EAD portal is a web-based technology system used by FHA-approved mortgagees to submit appraisal reports to FHA. All appraisals for new originations must be submitted to FHA through the EAD portal.

Access requires the use of one or more Multi-factor Authentication methods, which ties the account to an authorized user, validated by either account number and password or PIV ID card and PIN (HUD Users) that must never be shared with anyone at any time.
