The Paul Hogan Show was a popular Australian comedy show which aired on Australian television from 1973 until 1984 for a total of 12 seasons and 60 episodes. It made a star of Paul Hogan, who later appeared in Crocodile Dundee.

Hogan was the executive producer/writer/star of the feature films Almost an Angel (1990) and Lightning Jack (1994) and starred in Flipper (1996) and Floating Away (1998).

Hogan followed this with his own comedy sketch program The Paul Hogan Show, which he produced and wrote, and in which he played characters with Cornell and Delvene Delaney.

2025年3月10日 · The show aired for 60 episodes and 11 seasons from 1973 to 1984, earning Hogan the 1973 TV Week Logie Award in the category for Best New Talent. He won Logie Award in the category for Best TV Comedian in 1975, and in 1978 was awarded a Logie in the category for Best Comedy Performer.

Paul’s television career began in 1971 when he appeared on New Faces as a blindfolded, tap dancing knife thrower. Fifteen years later his movie “Crocodile Dundee” was breaking box office records around the world.
