2005年6月9日 · The other point on the "overdo" thing is... sometimes you don't know that you are overdoing at the moment that you've overdone. Sometimes you don't really know that you did too much until you wake up exhausted or hurting later in the day or even the next day. Especially in your early weeks, it's definitely safer to err on the side of caution.
