2023年9月23日 · Missed called notification/badge won’t go away The last few weeks everytime I get a missed call the little red notification badge on top of the app will not disappear unless I return the phone call. Previously it would disappear once you clicked on the app to view that you had the missed call but since updating to iOS 13 it won’t go away.

2022年10月28日 · Go to Settings > Notifications> Phone> then turn OFF Badge App button. The red dot should disappear from the phone icon. Check if the voicemail is working (which it should be). Call yourself from another phone and leave a message > Call voicemail and delete your message. Go back to Settings > Notifications> Phone> then turn ON Badge App button.

2018年3月1日 · In addition to what the others have said, first thing I would try is a Spotlight Search on your iPhone for the missing app. Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Chances are it is "hiding" somewhere (in a folder) on your iPhone. Sadly, the search results no long show what folder the app is hiding in. That was so useful.

2021年3月19日 · After receiving an unanswered call, the phone app badge has been displaying a "-1", the recent/missed call logs were erased and the logs are no longer recording any calls. Regardless of the call coming in, the badge still reads "-1" and never changes, however, the Contacts list is still intact, and the Keypad and Voicemail still function normally.
