Mar 18, 2021 · I have a Lenovo Tiny PC with a 24 inch monitor running Zwift and I connect my phone to the companion app. I kinda wish that there was a bit more screen real estate for the companion app, though. Having to swipe to get to different controls seems very inefficient.

Mar 4, 2022 · Since using Zwift Companion on Android to pair my devices with the Apple TV, and until Tuesday, I never had this issue. But since Wednesday, without changing anything, I can't pair any bluetooth devices with the Zwift Companion app anymore. The devices does not appear at all, as if they did not exist.

Sep 9, 2023 · The Companion App will work across any platform combination - Zwift on ATV / Companion on Android... etc. The requirement is they're both on the same layer 2/3 network/subnet. Typically hotspotting sets up a seperate network for the connection meaning the Companion app and Zwift won't work together and switch CA to 'ride mode'.

Mar 13, 2022 · What might be messing with you most here is the charging of the Apple Watch during the Zwift sessions. Zwift Companion on iPhone will write to Apple Health at the end of a session, but for me I use in in conjunction with the Companion app running on the Apple Watch, and running the main Zwift app on Apple TV.

I open the Zwift app on my iPad and open the pairing menu Open the Companion App on both your iPhone and Apple Watch You should see Zwift detect the Apple Watch, pair it.

Nov 24, 2018 · I use the companion app to use bluetooth to connect my trainer to zwift on the pc. I do this since I find the response to power applied to my pedals is faster with bluetooth through the companion app versus using the ant+ usb dongle I have also attached to my computer.

Nov 29, 2023 · The companion app switches to Game when it and Zwift detect each other over your network. Are they both on the same network - ie phone isn't on 4G and Zwift on wifi? Does the Game option appear on the companion menu?

Dec 22, 2022 · The Zwift logs have information about the Companion App if you want to dig into those. It'll list IP/etc. If not, get them over to Zwift to review. Edit: I assume it wasn't the Apple Watch Companion App you're having issues with since you say you're 'back to' using it. They also dropped support for it a while back.

Sep 3, 2019 · I use the exercise tracking app on apple watch and record indoor cycling workout. I run zwift on apple tv which syncs cadence and power from my bike, garmin heart rate monitor syncs to companion app to feed into zwift as apple tv only receives 2 blue tooth inputs. The calories counted on apple watch closely match the zwift calories.
