Let's start with some disclosure. I'm new to custom keyboards world. The GMK87 is my fifth custom board. I've modded it and the issues I have are likely my own doing.That being said, I modded over 10 keyboards before building this one. Soldered, desoldered, lubed, added foam, o-rings, tape, etc.

Specs: Zuoya gmk87 barebone (plastic case, some foam, silicone insert, polycarbonate plate, usb/2.4ghz/bt) Akko v3 yellow cream switches, hand lubed with krytox g205 Noname pbt dye-sub one-shot caps, cherry profile Pleasure from building: 8/10 Now I want better switch opener and lube station. Sound: semi-thocky with some rattle in stabs, 6/10

2024年6月14日 · For my first build I wanted something a little smaller than the full size keyboard I have. I went with a Zuoya GMK87 80% with gateron pro brown switches and Cool Jazz future funk keycaps from AliExpress. It came in around $100. It wasn't without it's issues though.

2024年3月26日 · I’m trying to install the software on my new GMK87, but I can’t figure it out. I have downloaded VIA (it won’t work on my desktop), so I am trying usevia.app and it says that it recognizes my keyboard but that little keyboard with eyes picture just keeps rocking back and forth and nothing is happening. I am using window 10, if that matters.
