Zandik had a fascination with the Khaenri'ahn machines found in Devantaka Mountain and the ancient desert city of Gurabad.

There is a lot of coincidences that suggest Il Dottore's real name is Zandik. Zandik lured another student Sohreh who was into him on a date, strangled her, then mutilated the body to look like Rishboland Tigers did it. Then he rigged a Ruin Machine to kill the rest of their expedition party, before miraculously "stopping" it to avoid suspicion.

Other than the Zandik note, all you can find are Kanrieah golem pilot's notes. Also, Pir was part of the Kshahrewar school. And well, consdering that Zandik was in a school that was the opposite of Sohreh's (Biology vs Engineering basically), I'll assume that he was part of Kshahrewar.

2022年12月9日 · This naming mechanic reminded me of Undertale. If you name your character with a pre-existing name, a small dialogue appears on screen. I'm happy Genshin made something similar but unique. (Would've been funny if naming him Zandik made the game restart, just like naming yourself "Gaster" in undertale.)
