2014年5月16日 · I need the help of the 8AT owners because I drive a 6MT 328i and have little experience with the ZF 8AT. It's obvious that BMW has designed the F3X series around the ZF auto box. There are more features and the difference in the modes affects the 8AT where there is no change in the 6MT. Not that I would change to an AT version.

2020年10月5日 · Local dealers do not even have ZF 8AT fluid service on their systems, but one foreman says 100k miles(and one SA gave a price estimate of $900). My trusted local indies gave various opinion, e.g. between 60k to 100k, or 70k to 80k, or never!

2016年11月21日 · 60k miles will fall outside of 4-yr/50k free maintenance. My local indy suggests 100k-mile interval, although he may not have done any ZF 8AT. The local service department does not recommend any transmission oil service for F30.

2013年9月4日 · The F30 ZF 8AT is more expensive than the old E46 AT($6-7k versus $4k parts only), it would probably be close to $8k parts+labor, so I guess AT fluid change is a cheap fix. Save Share

2016年4月7日 · To OP, a few weeks back my local indy said his book showed 100k miles as recommended change interval for ZF 8AT from BMW/ZF. He quoted 10 liters of ATF@$16 each, $200 for the pan + filter + gasket + bolts(one part#), plus $100-ish for labor, for $500 total.
