2015年7月24日 · D-xylonate dehydratase YjhG from E. coli was purified as His 6-tagged fusion protein to study its enzymatic characteristics in vitro. What's more, protein sequence alignment revealed that YjhG could be a novel member of IlvD/EDD family. These results will benefit applications of YjhG protein in biosynthesis of related chemicals.
