Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay shows off enticing lemon and pear fruit notes, along with pleasing characters of tropical fruits, flowers, spice and a hint of brioche. This full-bodied Chardonnay is full-flavored yet bright and drinkable.

Yarden Brut Rosé sparkling wine displays delicate aromas of wild strawberries and flowers, along with hints of cream, mineral and toasted baguette. A beautiful pale salmon in color, this wine is fresh, tasty and elegant.

Yarden Merlot expresses notes of ripe red and black fruits, along with characters of orange peel, earth and fresh herbs. A wonderful example of the exceptional quality of Merlot grown in the Golan Heights, this classic Merlot is full-bodied, rich and flavorful.

Yarden Petit Verdot presents fruit notes of plum, cassis and cherry, along with characters of flowers, anise, earth, chocolate and spice. With a bit of tannic structure typical to the variety, this full-bodied Petit Verdot displays nicely concentrated flavor.

The 2021 Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyard is made entirely from grapes grown in El Rom Vineyard, which is located in the northern Golan Heights at elevations ranging between 1,000-1,100 meters (3,300-3,600 feet).

The 2022 Yarden Chardonnay presents ripe lemon, melon, floral, and pear aroma notes, intermingling with hints of apricot and French oak. This full-bodied Chardonnay is flavorful, fresh and drinkable.
