2022年5月9日 · By default, youtube-dl and yt-dlp do this by passing the conversion work to ffmpeg, which is presumably installed on your system since this conversion worked. I'm not familiar with Videomass so it's possible that something different happened. Converting from another format to mp3 will always be lossy. That's the price you pay.

2021年4月7日 · I periodically merge all the upstream code in yt-dlp (it is currently only just a few commits behind). So everything that works with youtube-dl will also work with yt-dlp except for just a handfull of websites. On the other hand, I do understand if you are concerned about the longevity of yt-dlp. After all, youtube-dlc didnt last very long.

2024年1月3日 · -P "L:/ytdlp" explicitly defines your default directory to save into. probably not necessary, if you specify this in config file (I don't), or if you have the yt-dlp.exe in the directory you are saving into (wherever the .exe is running from becomes its assumed default directory, unless otherwise specified with -P).

2022年2月4日 · If you are using the exe, the easiest way is to create a file yt-dlp.conf in the same dir as yt-dlp.exe. Windows hides file extensions by default. So take care that the filename is not yt-dlp.conf.txt
