Jun 29, 2020 · This Xulane patch isn't bad. I don't know if I have mood swings. I am moody in general with an anxiety disorder. Nothing has changed in that area. No pregnancy, which is great. Easy to remember to change the patch. I've been on this patch over a year, and for some reason lately I am spotting when I have my patch on.
