Manage all your business communications with your clients without leaving Xero HQ. You can exchange secure, detailed messages with your clients, and get their electronic signature on formal documents.

You can add existing Xero organisations that you have access to as practice clients in Xero HQ, either individually or in bulk. Xero HQ creates the clients using information from their Xero organisations.

Before you set up a Xero organisation, add your client to the Xero HQ client list. Connecting your clients to Xero HQ means you can easily access and manage them in one place. Next, you’ll need to create an organisation for your client by buying a subscription or starting a trial.

I believe you need to belong to Xero's partner programme (for accountants and bookkeeper) in order to access Xero HQ.
