World League for Protection of Animals(WLPA) is saddened that some 200,000 pets are killed in NSW pounds and shelters each year, making those rescued by WLPA lucky to be rescued by a no-kill agency.

We have many volunteering opportunities at WLPA. Foster Carers: fall in love with our kittens, cats, dogs and rabbits and lovingly let go when the pet is to be rehomed.It is tremendously rewarding to nurture these animals.
