how do I change the boot up screen in Windows XP?
2013年3月27日 · What I mean is the screen that comes on after I boot up or restart the computer, not the background screen that stays on until I go to a program. This boot up screen stays on for about 45 seconds and it is driving me crazy because it is for Halloween. I have to change it somehow. Thanks for your help.
