2020年9月15日 · Green screen (as opposed to blue) at crash usually indicates that. When your system crashes it will create a dump file(s) in C:\Windows\Minidumps. I can analyze those files for the potential cause of the system halting.

That is because there are a lot of variables to consider (hardware, firmware, Windows 10 release, installed programs, peripherals, etc.) so the root cause maybe of course different in each case but in the majority of cases there is a common solution that can resolve the problem.
