Equipped with the 134 cubic inch “Go-Devil” engine, these “sensational” Two and Four-Wheel drive Trucks were available as a “Jeep” Pick-up Truck, “Jeep” Van Truck, “Jeep” Platform-Stake Truck, “Jeep” Canopy Truck, and a “Jeep” Cab & Chassis.

Willys turned the MB into the civilian Jeep CJ-2A in 1945, making the world's first mass-produced civilian four-wheel drive. The "Jeep" name was trademarked, and grew into a successful, and highly valued brand.
