2021年1月2日 · McAfee is not really bad, not anymore at least. Its fine to have preferences, but McAfee is as good as any other consumer AV product for the most part. Of course everyones use cases are different, and McAfee, like any other security product, doesn't always fit every persons preference or taste.

Mcafee was, and still is, preinstalled in every PC, and that wasnt fun for people when it begun to ask for money for a program thats absolute shit, its protection is awful, its user interface is oudated, its expensive, the only thing going for it is good web protection and low system resources.

If you haven't maintained your subscription, it will pester you until its pop-ups become so frequent that it's almost impossible to keep any other program the active program for more than a few seconds (granted, it takes several years to become this annoying).
