What does the CL mean in Ram Memory? : r/buildapc - Reddit
The timing of modern synchronous dynamic random-access memory (SDRAM) is commonly indicated using four parameters: CL, TRCD, TRP, and TRAS in units of clock cycles; they are commonly written as four numbers separated with hyphens, e.g. 7-8-8-24.

2023年8月4日 · CL means the intake filter is dirty and the AC was used for 500 hours already. Just clean the filter and do a power cycle (turn off the breaker (turn the AC fully off not just by the remote), wait a bit, and turn it back on) and that should go away.
ELI5: what is the difference between ram cl16 and cl22
2022年1月18日 · The CAS Latency (CL) rating is basically the maximum number of clock cycles it takes to retrieve any given bit of data. The lower the number, the better the performance. However, the speed rating - 2666, 3200, 4133 etc - determines how many million clock cycles per second the chip runs at - and is usually the more important number, the higher ...
What is this CL and C stuff on ram? : r/buildapc - Reddit
2022年2月13日 · If your clock speed is how efficiently you can read a book, then the CAS Latency (C/CL) is how long it takes you to turn each page. Best budget for DDR4 is 3200/C16. Best budget B die (great for o-clocking) is 3200/C14. 3600/C16 pretty spiffy as well. Edit: to clarify, higher clock speeds (MHz) is better. Lower C/CL is better.
DDR3 RAM CL9 vs CL11? What does the CL mean? : r/buildapc
2014年6月30日 · CL = CAS Latency. Basically it's the delay between when the RAM is told to do something, and when it actually happens. (super watered down version). All you need to be worried about is that the lower the CL, the better.

What does CL mean regarding memory? : r/pcmasterrace - Reddit
2020年9月14日 · It is the timings that the memory runs at. I'm no expert on any of this but generally lower means better. For example, on a Ryzen system 3200MHz CL 16 will perform about as well as 3600MHz CL 18, I'm not sure about the performance difference on Intel.
When choosing RAM, does CAS latency matter? : r/buildapc - Reddit
Exactly. DDR4 3200/CL 16 or DDR4 3000/CL 15 would be the default recommendations for such a build, though if you can get lower latency for just a slight premium it's worth picking up. Most of the times there's some good offers for DDR4 3200/CL 15 or DDR4 3000/CL 14. Getting even a marginal improvement for free is still nice.
CA vs. CL -- the difference? : r/WorldOfWarships - Reddit
2016年3月9日 · First off, while the designation CA is often taken to mean "heavy cruiser" that's not what it originally meant. As you said, "Armored Cruiser" was the original meaning of that. However, looking at an early Armored Cruiser, and comparing it with a heavy cruiser of WW2 vintage, you'd be hard pressed to find anything that would be similar between ...
What should be the correct cl_interp_ratio value?
2022年3月26日 · For example a cl_interp_ratio 2 uses the newest tick, the previous tick and yet the second most previous. Interpolation uses these informations to calculate a smooth position for your framerate, even when the player is just actually teleporting 128 times a second.
