2025年3月19日 · I just can’t do the liquid iv. I’ve been getting my daily water intake by just drinking water. ‍♀️ I add zero sugar Dole Peach Mango flavor packets. I love the flavor. Granted….I go through about 60 packs a week. Thankfully I found a huge box of them on amazon for like $20.

2025年3月19日 · Half Unisom and Half b6 3x daily is what my ob recommended. I was unable to keep water down for 2 days I tried this and it saved me. I did it in morning, 2pm, and before going to sleep. Take it with juice is water makes you nauseas like it did for me. After week 7-9, my nausea got better and I was able to stop taking the meds.

Has anyone else been taking this? I've been taking it for a few months now. I ran out and didn't buy anymore and realized what a big difference it was making!Also, how much water is everyone drinking lately? I definitely feel my Braxton hicks pick up when I don't drink enough water.

2025年1月22日 · I get bad cramps when I'm dehydrated. It's actually how I realize I haven't had enough water. I ended up in the hospital at 28 weeks with my first having contractions every 2-3 minutes, all because of dehydration. They pumped me full of water and the contractions stopped. Try upping your water and see if it helps.
