Creatine monohydrate is really pretty cheap no matter where you get it from. Generally you can get ~100 servings for under $20. Whey is a lot more expensive than that.

If it were to have a flavour in it I'd say there is something else added to it and it is not just straight creatine monohydrate. 2014年7月31日 · True, unless OP is talking about the walmart creatine that is creatine, fruit punch caffeine stuff. It tastes terrible, has 50 cals a serving, and is expensive as hell, as 30 servings are 15 dollars. Walmart markets it at as creatine though. OP should probably go with good ole creatine monohydrate. It's tasteless and dirt cheap.
