WVWARN - WVRWA
There is no cost of commitment to join WVRWA and assistance is strictly voluntary. As a member of WVWARN, your utility is eligible for FEMA disaster reimbursement in a federally declared disaster and allows access to a database of utilities and resources.
RRA and ERP - WVRWA
Although not required to certify completion of a Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) or Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to EPA, community drinking water systems that serve less than 3,301 people, non-community water systems, and wastewater systems are encouraged to plan for disasters that could disrupt system operations by conducting RRAs and developing ERPs.
Water Circuit Riders - WVRWA
This program offers training and technical assistance to operations specialists, water utility managers, and boards. Circuit Riders provide hands-on training and on-site technical assistance to systems on an everyday basis.
