I've been using the welder for a couple of months. I've burned through quite a bit of rod and a tank and a half of argon, and so far, I really like it. I've done a few quick and easy projects, but decided to build a cart for the welder. It went from a weekend project to 3 weekends! I made a another video of the build.

2017年9月18日 · Harbor Freight has a new line of Vulcan welders with a one year satisfaction guarantee. Their Migmax 215 compares with the Millermatic 211 and is a few dollars less than the Lincoln 180. The Lincoln served me well but I wouldn't mind the higher output of the Miller.

2024年1月27日 · Re: Vulcan MIG welder on aluminum I'm thinking that you're going to need quite a bit of tilt to the gun and shove the puddle ahead of you. The 5356 will leave a black soot so don't get excited if you see that.

2022年11月4日 · If all you need is a bearing, and you know both inside, outside dimensions and width, any good bearing supplier should be able to find you another one at a relatively low cost (v.s. the value of the welder). If it was originally assembled with Chinese bearings, any decent name brand should be a step up.

2018年9月11日 · I consider it and the Lincoln 210mp as 2.5 welders in 1. It’s a mig, stick, and half a tig welder in one box. I think Everlast makes a multiprocess welder that has full AC tig welding ability but it is a heavy machine and over $2k last time I checked.

2023年11月24日 · I just bought this new multi purpose welder. While setting the auto parameters mig wire size .035 all good but metal thickness I only get 18,16,12 and 10 Gauge only. It should also give me 1/4” and 3/8 I believe. Brand new machine initial setup. Reviews were very good on this machine for the most part especially the mig function.

2019年5月23日 · Yeah, I saw that, and I found a picture of the ad in question. When reading the text I found myself on Lincoln's side, but when I actually saw the advertisement - well not so much. It is extremely obvious to me that the photo of the line of six Vulcan welders was taken in different lighting than the single Vulcan welder at the bottom of the page.

2018年8月17日 · Hi, so I went into a HF store today to pick up some cheap cabinets and I saw an open box Vulcan 220 multiprocessor mwelder. Regular cost $900 on for $450 and it comes with a 7 day warranty. I am a hobbyist and don't do a lot of welding but have always wanted a welder so that when I need a welder I don't have to borrow one.

2021年9月26日 · I would much rather get the predator 8750 inverter generator ($1250) and titanium unlimited 200 multi-process welder ($850). You'd get MUCH more machine on both ends for about the same price. I think the outlaw is way overpriced for the specs - I think HF pooped the bed on that one.
