2025年1月19日 · The problem is you don't have the Vita driver installed. This happened to me too. 1) Download CMA (Content Manager Assistant)---when installing do not uncheck anything this will install LibUSB type B for Ps Vita. (However, the driver wont be correctly installed) 2) Google up "zadig"

2013年3月17日 · Five options were listed, but only two were active - restart the Vita, or format the memory card. First time I tried the restart, but it sent it into a loop and safe mode again. In the end I chose the option to format my memory card and that got the Vita up and running again - but now all my downloaded content and game progress has been lost.
