2023年3月17日 · Dark-field microscopy is employed to demonstrate motile leptospires in wet mount blood preparation directly. The method is useful for detecting leptospires in the blood, early in the disease, but not in the late stage. However, the dark-field microscopy is relatively insensitive and also shows false-positive results.
