2023年2月3日 · In the Cochrane review, burns treated with nanocrystalline silver dressings had a shorter mean time to healing compared with Vaseline gauze (mean difference [MD] -3.49 days, 95% CI -4.46 to -2.52). There was some evidence that burns treated with honey were more likely to heal over time compared with topical antimicrobials. (See 'Honey' above.)
