ATLANTA, GA; October 4, 2004 --Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (NYSE:VAR) today introduced the Clinac iX™ linear accelerator, Varian’s most ergonomic and customizable technology platform for treating cancer with image-guided radiotherapies.
