2003年12月31日 · My GYNO has prescribed (on 6wk check yesterday) Vagifem and says it will relieve bladder problem - constant feeling of full bladder and need to go to loo every 10 mins - been tested twice for UTI - all clear. Has anyone else had any experience with Vagifem pessaries for this situation.

2017年12月31日 · Hi - I was 2-3 weeks post hysterectomy when I was prescribed Vagifem and first started using it. I asked for it because I’d had keyhole total hysterectomy and through my vagina. My vagina felt uncomfortable and didn’t feel right after the surgery. But the Vagifem seems to have really helped and it all feels good again.

2004年4月10日 · The moisture doesn't come from the vagifem dissolving but from the action of the estrogen on those tissues. If you use just the vagifem and don't feel any feeling of dryness (to me it feels like I'm getting a yeast infection, but without the cheesy white discharge), then you shouldn't need the replens.

2006年12月14日 · I also use vagifem for vaginal atrophy and my GP said that many women suffer with this problem after having hysterectomies. You can only get vagifem on prescription as far as I know. As far as your gyn goes maybe it is time for a change.

2002年4月15日 · I had been using the Vagifem for the past 2 mos or so. I really liked the convenience and no mess factor. My problems stemmed from low estrogen in the vaginal tissues which was leading to yeast infections and constant irritation following sex. Well the yeast infections stopped, but the irritation after sex did not.

2007年11月21日 · vagifem- does time of day make a difference I insert mine twice a week at night. I have used it in the morning on occasions and it has been absolutely fine, no probs with it slipping down or anything.
