Oct 1, 2014 · If you want to learn everything about the Golf, then you will probably need to read the 2015 GTI SSP (body/chassis), the EA288 SSP (engine), and the 3.0 TDI SSP (AdBlue) starting on page 70. Volkswagen doesn't publish SSPs for everything and often make you reference several SSPs to get all of the information about a vehicle.
VW and Audi key, remote, and immobilizer FAQ and troubleshooting
The three main types of VW TDI immobilizer are immo2, immo3, and immo4. VW up to 1999 don't have an immobilizer because immo generation 1 was not equipped on Volkswagen sold in North America. 1999-2000 should have immo2. 2001-2005/6 use immo3. 2005/6-present use Immo4. Around 2010, VW keys changed their design even though they still use immo4.

May 12, 2007 · What I did was test the spring/valve with a screw driver and it would barely move. So I lubricated it and was able to get it to move freely. I started the car and it runs fine now. The CIL light is still on. Does this clear by itself? I want to keep it on so I can bring it to VW so they can put a new valve in. Unless lubricating it is good enough.
Check Engine Light -000525 - Cylinder 4 Injection Timing
Jun 15, 2012 · I can't offer any real insights only guesses. From the VW SSP (self study program) we know that the engine controller senses: 1.
