Battle of the expensive acrylic guitar picks! Gravity, V-Picks
2023年7月12日 · V-Picks has nothing like this, as far as I know, and I've primarily used the original Golds for many years (until I started using Honey-Picks recently). Finally, I'm pretty much personally biased towards Gravity because (Disclaimer), from early in Gravity's history I have had a business relationship with them - doing promotional work in various ...
Battle of the expensive acrylic guitar picks! Gravity, V-Picks
2023年7月12日 · After playing Gravity or V-Picks, its tough to go back to anything else. They just feel better in your hand, sound better and play better imo. You get a brighter and more crisp attack as well. Other picks feel thin and cheap to me now. I prefer 2.75mm to 3mm V-Picks or Gravity picks, and when I go back to Tortex or something I used to use, It's ...
Just received perhaps the most unique new pick I've copped in …
2023年7月17日 · I haven't tried this pick but do have about 50-60 V Picks that I've collected over the last 8-10 years. I love them all. The Tradition 4mm is my current favorite but over time I've really enjoyed a number of the thicker picks Vinny offers. I'm also happy they offer the picks in …
V-Picks - The Gear Page
2014年12月4日 · I just have to start a thread in praise of V-Picks. Best I've ever tried! I started off using the normal Fender and Dunlop picks, then I stumble upon Jazz III and loved it! Used it for a couple years. Then I tried the Jazz III XL, loved it even more. Then one hot summer day I stumbled into a...
V-Picks vs Gravity Picks [Video and Audio] - The Gear Page
2016年10月17日 · Guitar pick comparison: V-picks "Tradition" vs Gravity "Classic Standard" 3mm vs Jim Dunlop Nylon standard 1mm pick. For absolute best audio quality, I highly recommend listening to this with large, studio quality reference monitors. If you don't have those than the largest speakers you can use...
Just received perhaps the most unique new pick I've copped in …
2023年7月17日 · Because picks are consumables and working musicians aren't made of money. Plus, primetone picks are also hand shaped and they sound great. I buy picks in bulk because I gig and tour constantly and I'm always losing picks. Just seems like a "rich guy chasing tone" trap to me. My loss I guess haha...
My V-Pick review | Page 4 - The Gear Page
2007年1月26日 · i probably have tried nearly every type of pick there is.. i tend to like delrin picks among the cheaper ones, although i also like the small dunlop very heavy ones for jazz single lines.. as for the v-picks, i liked the pointed ones far better.. the rounded ones arent articulate enough for me. but you can get a nice full sound with them. played a couple of gigs with one …
$40 pick - The Gear Page
2019年10月8日 · I know some acoustic guys who use Red Bears, V-Picks, and Blue Chips, and they love to talk about how nothing else in the world has improved their tone and playing so dramatically. Personally, I can't stand stiff or thick picks, so I'm probably never going to find out if they're right. Give me a Dunlop Nylon .88 or give me death!

Lovin' my V-picks - The Gear Page
2011年5月11日 · I know it's been covered before but I finally took the plunge and bought the V-picks starter set and have been A/Bing with various picks (mostly Dunlops and some of the pricy faux tortoise picks) and I gotta say these things are seriously working for me. My fav is the small pointed (totally...
