Depending on what kind of asymmetry you may not able to fix it. My asymmetry is horrible with one side of my face being lower than the other and uneven eyelids, ive been a back sleeper my whole life though my mouth and teeth being heavily misaligned and with my palatal deformity, it practically made my asymmetry permanent even if i did get orthodontic treatment.

2020年12月23日 · It’s super late where I am and I answered this half asleep without fully reading your post. My bad. I wrote out my whole face routine which is excessive and a little scary. Body routine can be much simpler -any good even tone/brightening cream - with acids/vit c, vaseline does a body one with b3 and uv protection. Sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen!!

2022年4月4日 · I think it depends on which side u swallow more, like what side of your tongue is stronger, that might also create uneven face, u got to make your tongue stronger on the weaker side. My stronger side of my tongue is the fatter of my face which is the left side and my right side of my tongue is weak which my face is slimmer that side.
