A scheduler within the On-Board USB-Blaster II monitors the USB_FULL and USB_EMPTY pins from the FPGA and the status of the USB FIFOs. When it is able to transfer data it will use the USB_WRn and USB_RDn pins to transfer data.

It reads ID of connected FPGA, operation is however extremely slow compared to Arrow_USB_Programmer2 driver, apparently something is missing, may be a different method to set the operation frequency.
