I included three copies with the package as requested, and after that I closed the pop up that contained the auto-generated commercial invoice that UPS creates for you when you buy a shipping label.

2017年12月16日 · If your international pkg doesn’t contain 3 copies of an invoice (what it is, what it’s worth, who bought it, who sold it) it will be delayed or returned. You might be able to remedy it by calling customer service or a UPS store. Whoever accepted the pkg should have checked for an invoice. Good luck!

2023年12月24日 · Your commercial invoice was likely incomplete and also incomplete enough for UPS Customs Brokerage to infer and complete the missing details (which they do if they can). Contact your local UPS customer service during business hours; they'll advise you what to do next. You're not the first one. Tax ID is not required.

2021年3月19日 · The best option in this case would be to reach out to your local UPS customer services, they should be able to either give you an email address to send the invoice to, so the collection center can print the required amount of copies and attach em to the box, or get the driver to come back and collect the invoices.

2023年5月10日 · However, I got a scan that says "A missing commercial invoice is causing a delay. We are working to obtain this information." Does that matter? I did send the guy the commercial invoice, and UPS isn't actually picking up the package until tomorrow, so won't the scan get corrected once they pick it up and see the invoice?

2021年1月13日 · We export goods International with UPS and I personally pack the parcels myself including print out 3 copies commercial Invoices, put them in the UPS pouch and stick it to the parcels, however, nearly 2/3 of the Parcels held in the warehouse due to " a missing commercial invoice is causing a delay", What A Joke!!

2019年8月20日 · This brings up a list of international UPS shipments for the date selected. Clicking "Print" on the right side for the desired SO / Fulfillment generates the UPS commercial invoice. However, this is populating the "Ship To" information from Netsuite in both the Ship To and Sold To fields on that UPS commercial invoice.

2022年12月6日 · UPS had the commercial invoice on Dec. 19, but did not provide it to customs until Dec. 21. The package reached customs on dec.20, so its being held up. I can't believe the package moved faster than their electronic system, but it is what it is.
