2020年7月25日 · Tyranny feels like a less polished Pillars of Eternity, it has it's own good things, like for example I liked the combined skills, "powers" that need to be executed by 2 characters. Also feels like the game ends when things start to get really interesting for the main character, another dlc closing the game would have been really nice.

2021年12月1日 · Tyranny is very difficult in the early game. One trick is that Frost, Lightning, Illusion, and Life magic are pretty powerful early game, especially the crowd control components. (Raw spell damage is NOT good early in the game.) You can stick early spells on all your characters early on to give you a tactical edge.

By this logic Tyranny is linear since you have to go to 3 out of 4 areas, and kill/control the remaining archons. 2021年4月3日 · Also in the early game, all your characters can learn the basic spells. The lore requirements are low and they don't have many other abilities anyways, so you might as well. I'll often keep the heal and buff spells on even non-casting party members for quite a while. ALWAYS USE ABILITIES ON COOLDOWN. Skill growth in Tyranny is based on usage.
