2019年4月2日 · I’ve worn literally every flavor of flight suit from the original Army two piece of early Iraq, high speed Crye two-pieces, and even an orange one piece that was a ‘SAR helo’ suit. I’ve recently gone back to wearing the one piece bag because nothing is as comfortable as a properly broken in one piece bag.

2019年4月2日 · New 36-2903 just hit the streets. Brown boots now ok with green flight suit. Leather A2 jacket now ok with 2 piece ocp flight suit. Now legal to sew Velcro to 2 piece flight suit for mandatory wings. Patch location swapped for hhq and squadron patches. All effective immediately. Edited April 23, 2019 by HU&W

2006年1月2日 · In a high speed ejection, the seat goes up the rails, separates from the aircraft and then a drogue chute pops out to slow you down. At that point, the occupant of the seat is moving forward boots and butt first. In a two piece flight suit, the top half would more than likely become a second drag chute wrapped around your head.

Hard -The information overload and the fast pace of things. I remember coming back from a flight at Vance early during T6s. I was tired and beat up from all the U's my FAIP just gave me.

2006年1月2日 · You just need to get a bigger flight suit. Try a 44L or 46L. The extra width will allow it to drape off your shoulders a bit and result in some extra length in the process. You'll look fine in a flight suit that's a little too big. Nothing looks worse than a guy wearing a flight suit that's too small or tight.

2005年10月5日 · Nearly everyone wore their BDUs (of the ~75 of us, maybe 8 were in flight suits) but I was GLAD I had my flight suit. It dries a lot faster if you get rained on (or whatever precip comes out of the sky on you). And its a lot cooler. The ONLY disadvantages are you can't remove the top with as much ease and taking a dump is obviously harder.
