2023年10月4日 · Problem is, I have a third party app that I'd rather use for snipping, and Windows' default is overriding my commands, outputs, and settings. I've tried uninstalling "Snipping tool" from apps but the default UI continues to override my preferred tool. 2023年1月18日 · I have already done that. It is what I have been having to do if I need to edit/highlight etc something on the screenshot. Having the Snipping tool menu open first and clicking "New" does work to bring the screenshot up as a pop up window, sometimes though, not all the time. I will need to see if our IT people did change something else.

2022年6月1日 · Go to your settings menu, accessibility, keyboard. The second area is called on-screen keyboard, access keys, and print screen. Option 3 says "Use the print screen button to open screen snipping" . Turn that off and then you will be able to assign the printscrn button in Greenshot to the "select region" option and it will work properly. See images.
