2022年6月30日 · Hello! I am also a satisfied owner of a 2022 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer. I'm 5.84 feet tall and have a problem adjusting the level of my rear view mirrors. These are not ordinary motorcycle mirrors, they have built-in LED indicators for the blind spot monitoring system.

2013年3月25日 · You hate to be in that 5% though. Talk to SalisburyGuy on here. He'll give his worst case scenario. Ultimately Triumph gave him a new Explorer to replace his problem plagued Explorer. Triumph is in the process of ironing out most of the issues. If you're patient, I'd wait until they've resolved them before I jumped in. Just my $.02 though.

2022年5月9日 · Replaced under warranty and dealer told me that replacement cylinder looked very different to original. Also, another bike in showroom had leaking slave cylinder for which Triumph was ending replacement. Bad batch or design fault? What is the extent of recall? No problems since, further 600 miles and enjoying bike, drive and handling is awesome.

2014年8月30日 · In June 2014, after taking delivery of my Explorer, I noticed at around the 1000km mark that it had developed a speed wobble between 40 and 60 km/h. An internet search reveals this to be a well-documented problem, which has been discussed on ADVRider, here and the Triumph Tiger Explorer boards. In short, not an "unknown" issue.

2017年6月1日 · I'm starting to have problems with 2nd gear jumping out @ 5-6000 rpm on my 2017 XCA with less than 14000 miles on the clock, I'm about to contact Triumph about it but I don't think they'll offer any help as the bikes nearly 3 years old.I haven't heard about the 101.5 mm linkage thing.

2023年9月8日 · I have a Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200, of 2015. The bike is very good but I have an issue with the idle. The bike usually starts easily and keep the idle when engine is cold. Once it gets a bit warm it doesn't keep the idle. If you keep the engine working manually, the bike drives well. The problem is in traffic lights etc.

2023年4月24日 · Last summer a guy who bought a new Explorer let me sit on his bike with the tank full of fuel. The bike felt fairly light to me. Now that is light by 1200cc ADV standards. I am actually flat flooted on the GT Pro but the the Explorer’s heated seat is about an inch taller. The heated low seat is only $200 and gets me back to flat footed.
