2006年7月21日 · Tramadol's have a delayed action. It takes around 4 hours before the real agonist (O-desmethyltramadol or the M1 metabolite) is created in the body by the liver. That is why the are not scheduled, because of this lack of feeling good in 15 minutes. Tramadol is a weak mu-agonist and it's M1 metabolite is 1000 times more active that tramadol.

2007年9月21日 · Actually I had to go through a few days of Bupe withdrawal very recently; and I had only Tramadols. Shooting it (IV) gave an immediate relief (so Tramadol definitely does something even without being metabolized) (a stronger relief came after 2 hours though, so o-desmethyltramadol is still what gives most of the opiate-like effects of tramadols, but not all)

2011年7月16日 · The 25mcg/hr patches are the lowest dosage ones. Tramadol has anti-depressant activity and some pain relieving activity. If you are trying to reach a euphoric state you might die trying. Cut out the tramadol, and just stick with the fentanyl patches. If they aren't doing the trick ask your doctor for an increase in dosage to the 50mcg/hr patches.
