For the greatest High School Field athlete I need to look at past records as no one stood out in my era. Michael Carter is a very good choice. I once was quoted that I am very grateful to have been born 4 years before Jim Ryun.

USC gained contractual control of the Coliseum years before the LA 2028 Olympic bid. The contract provided that USC would deliver the Coliseum for any Olympics or Paralympics competition X number of days before the Games and the organizers would return it in the same condition on a date before USC football season starts.
