Because you can walk on the backs of dragons you are able to use your sword to get a scale and you are able to grab it while staying on top of the dragon.

2023年8月20日 · I start the timer on my phone right after I hit it for a dragon scale and for me it takes 12.5 before the dragon gives off this “glistening” signal where it’s spikes and skin lights up signaling it’s ok to hit again. I kill time waiting by harvesting all 12 dragon spikes which seem to be in the exact same place for all 4 dragons.
