Jul 10, 2022 · Having been a devoted TITANIC-ophile since the age of 8 (now 62), I'd prefer a more accurate replica experience over artifacts (many which I've seen on touring TITANIC exhibits). I am planning a trip through the south, but would have time/$$ for only one museum.

Sep 29, 2006 · Royal B.C. Museum to exhibit Titanic artifacts Victoria -- The Royal B.C. Museum in Victoria plans to host an exhibit of artifacts recovered from the Titanic. The exhibit opens April 14, exactly 95 years after the ship struck an iceberg and sank in the Atlantic Ocean in 1912.

Apr 1, 2004 · Looking over some postings, I've discovered that several members have been led to believe that the owner of the now defunked Titanic Museum in Sidney, Ohio, John Whitman, was dead. This is not true. He is alive and well in Findlay, Ohio. He lives in the Jones Building and does artwork and teaches under Brush Master Studio.

But, let me sum it up for you - most serious Titanic students feel that the 1953 model of Titanic was more accurate, and the model for ANTR was a little too long.
