So the valley can get quite hot during the summer and residents then tend to have high electricity bills that come from running the AC a lot.

2022年7月2日 · I think habitants of the valley are more likely to consider themselves "from LA" than those from Downey, Bell Gardens, Cerritos, etc. I think it might have to do with he fact that a lot of people in the valley still work in more central LA, and may have at one point lived (or want to live) the "LA" life while still being in the suburbs.

2023年2月17日 · I should have specified that this was a LA neighborhoods map not a cities map. Cities have pretty firmly defined boundaries, it was the neighborhoods I found "fuzzier." Just to clarify, because I used LA neighborhood council maps as my source reference, I don’t have boundaries for other valley cities like San Fernando and Burbank.
