Windows 11 would always give me an alert on startup that "a USB device" was not working properly (I must be running a Canadian build of W11 since it was too polite to just blame the Tartarus directly).

After that, just start A Pilots Life V2, start MSFS 2024, start FSUIPC manually (make a shortcut to the .exe file if you need to) and voila, you are connected.
