I've had internet service for 4-5 years and I just recently found out there's a supposed @twc.com email address for spectrum customers. If true how does one initially set email up? I've tried the self care instructions from a prior question but my login credentials don't work.

2022年10月5日 · Thanks for the update! To whatever extent port 587 SMTP with SSL/TLS at mail.twc.com might actually be out of order, i’m confident it’ll be back around any time soon. In the meantime, if you haven’t done so very recently, please run Windows updates, restart, bypass VPN, temporarily suspend antivirus and see what happens.

2023年9月21日 · I have an older email which is insight.rr.com so I'm using Incoming mail server - mail.twc.com, SSL - off with incoming port 143, can't use SSL - on with port 993, incoming mail only works on port 143 incoming mail, authentication-password, Out going mail server - mail.twc.com, SSL - on, authentication-password , port 587.

2025年1月16日 · There is a @twc.com email and a spectrum.net email associated with your current account. Your recovery email is associated with an email from a different provider. Your current account was opened after we became Spectrum in 2016, so it would not have been possible to create an rr.com email with your current account.
