The TVR Tuscan Speed Six is a sports car which was manufactured by British company TVR from 1999 to 2006. The name pays homage to the original Tuscan which was introduced in 1967.

For the 2000 model year, TVR reintroduced the famed Tuscan name for a new series of sports cars. Known as the Tuscan Speed Six, this new iteration of the Tuscan was offered in a two door convertible targa top body style, and featured a front mounted inline six engine.

The Speed Six Engine was announced for the Griffith Speed Six at the 1996 Motor Show. The engine was then shown in a Cerbera in 1997 as an alternative to the AJP V8 but was the only engine used in the Tuscan, then the Tamora, the T350, Sagaris, T400, T440 and Typhon.
