2020年10月6日 · I did a bit more snooping on the T‑Mobile Home Internet service. It looks like the device I will be sent is a TM-RTL0102 LTE WiFi Gateway built by Taiwan-based Askey Computer Corp. The bands listed are LTE Bands: 2, 4, 5, 12, 66, 71 2G/3G: WCDMA 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 LTE-Advanced Carrier Aggregation: Yes MIMO Support: 2x2 Internal only

2020年10月3日 · Luckily T-Mobile has built out their 5G network really well, and so have become pretty popular with their Home Internet service in those areas. Reports from users I hear about are pretty satisfied. I think AT&T's Internet Air service (similar to T-Mobile's cellular-delivered product) is coming online around here too.

2003年4月26日 · In January 2023, I installed T-Mobile home internet. Up until April the download speed was between 600. - 800 MB. Not bad for $50.00. In May the speed dropped to 150-200 MB. Called and the usual BS, they are working on the issue. In July, the service got worse. Speed 15 - to maybe 100 MB.

2022年12月2日 · I got my parents T-Mobile home internet last year. They have a T-mobile site on the hill at the back of their property and we get full coverage at their house. They started out with the gray cylinder modem and it worked solidly for about 7 months. After a while the modem gave out to where it would no longer power on.

2004年10月4日 · It won't go beyond ~800Mbps, while the other nearby sites hit ~1.5Gbps (cellphone 5G + LTE aggregated). I've kept it, as I got in during the holiday discount where it is $25/month for T-Mobile home internet. AT&T at home is 5G, but puts out ~50Mbps in my sector, and maxes out around 300Mbps.

2013年3月11日 · That's way over my ability to attempt that. I guess the biggest disappointment is that lack of external antenna inputs or TMobile offering that as an accessory for the average user. Other than that it's wonderful for our rural area and never had anything close to TMobile home internet in terms of speed, cost and unlimited data.
