They actually, instead of reporting the ending statement balance to the credit bureaus, they report your last balance when they report at the end of the month. I believe Self, Inc was a benefit to the bank needing a stealth CD portfolio. I fell for the Okee Doke.

2008年6月4日 · The most recent one was a "stealth CLI"- I didn't realize they'd done it until I saw on my Mint.com weekly summary that my HD credit limit was $3500 instead of $2k. They did it in between statements, but it was confirmed to be real when I logged into Citi's site.
