Stark County Family Court promotes a safe and healthy community by protecting and supporting children and families. The Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Divisions make up the Stark County Family Court. Judge Rosemarie A. Hall is the Administrative Judge of the Juvenile Division.

In Stark County, Court Dockets can be accessed online using the Stark County Ohio Criminal Justice Information System website. The docket can be searched using information concerning the parties involved (names, birthdates, social security numbers, etc), the court hearing the case, case type, filing date, case number, and other criteria.
