The Scimitar, also known as the Sith Infiltrator, was a heavily modified Star Courier and the personal starship of Darth Maul. After his defeat during the Battle of Naboo, the experimental starfighter was appropriated by Maul's master, Darth Sidious.

These ships were later used by Maul 's Shadow Collective army during battles on Zanbar, Ord Mantell, and Vizsla Keep 09. During each of these battles, Maul utilized a gauntlet fighter called the Nightbrother, [10] colored red and black rather than the normal white and blue color scheme, as a transport and a Shadow Collective flagship. The first working prototype of the ship was given by Darth Sidious to his apprentice, and it served as Darth Maul's personal transport ship until his "Death" at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi. The Sith Infiltrator is clearly a vessel created for stealth and subterfuge.
