Here is my squat warmup - 2 sets 20 reps with the bar. Sprinkle in very slow reps and long pause squats here and there. 1-2 sets of 10 reps with 135 1 set of 3 slow reps at 185 1 set of just holding the bar at 245 lbs. Now to working weight at 225-230

2023年1月22日 · I really like the adidas squat shoes, the nike run a bit narrow. These posted look way overpriced IMO. I've had my adipowers for probably 4-5 years now and they have held up great, course I literally put them on, squat, and take them off. If I was at a commercial gym it might be a PITA, but at home just keep them on a shelf next to the rack.
